In this incredibly special concert CØDA Ensemble will be partnering with Boston’s Nightingale Vocal Ensemble, an unaccompanied chamber chorus focussing on underperformed and contemporary repertoire.
The music represented in this concert aims to answer the same question: what is spirituality? Each one of these composers seems to grapple with this question in their own way, whether it is a question of religion, human connectedness, or internal strife, each piece holds significant weight.
